Welcome to W&J Fragrance. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and products. By browsing our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please review them carefully before placing an order.

1. Products

W&J Fragrance offers a curated collection of premium perfumes and fragrances. We ensure that all products are:

100% authentic and sold in original packaging.
Brand new, unopened, and carefully checked before dispatch.
Available in limited stock, as availability may vary depending on demand.

We reserve the right to update product descriptions, prices, and availability without prior notice.

2. Shipping Policy

We currently deliver only within Pakistan.
Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
Delivery times are estimated at 2–5 working days, depending on your city or region.
Free shipping is provided on orders of Rs. 7,000 or more.
For orders below this amount, a delivery/service fee of Rs. 200 to Rs. 1,000 applies, based on the order weight and delivery location.
We partner with trusted courier companies to ensure safe and timely deliveries. However, delivery times may be affected by public holidays, strikes, weather conditions, or other unforeseen delays.

3. Returns & Exchanges

At W&J Fragrance, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of perfumes and hygiene standards:

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Requests must be submitted within 1 to 3 days of receiving the order.
If accepted, customers will be provided with store credit, which can be used for future purchases.
Refunds in cash are not provided.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product delivered was incorrect, damaged, or faulty.

We reserve the right to reject any return request if the product does not meet the above conditions.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payments can be made using: Credit Cards, Debit Cards, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, Bank Transfer, PayPro, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
In case of COD, customers must provide accurate contact details and be available at the delivery address.
Additional fees for delivery or special packaging may apply depending on the weight or value of the order.
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

5. Customer Responsibilities

By placing an order with W&J Fragrance, you agree that:

All personal and contact information provided is accurate and up-to-date.
You will not misuse or attempt to disrupt the functioning of our website.
You will handle products responsibly and check for any allergies before use.
You acknowledge that product colors, packaging, and scent descriptions may appear slightly different due to photography, screen settings, or batch variations.

6. Liability Disclaimer

W&J Fragrance is not liable for any skin reactions, allergies, or sensitivities caused by perfumes or fragrances. Customers are advised to check ingredients and perform a patch test before use.
We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by courier services, third-party logistics, natural events, or force majeure.
Our liability is limited strictly to the value of the product purchased.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the W&J Fragrance website, including but not limited to text, product descriptions, images, logos, and designs, are the intellectual property of W&J Fragrance.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material without prior written consent.
Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action under Pakistani law.

8. Third-Party Services

Our website may use trusted third-party services such as payment processors, analytics tools, and advertising platforms (including Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel). While we ensure data security, W&J Fragrance is not responsible for the policies or actions of these third parties.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes or claims arising from them shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
